Individual Psychotherapy
Weekly 45 minute psychotherapy "talk therapy" sessions working with clients to help them develop an observing self system that increases awareness of one's thoughts and behaviors and patterns, and support and approaches for making changes that increase function and a greater sense of well-being.
Couples Therapy
Agreed upon time frame and number of sessions working with couples to develop communication patterns that help to express feelings, address issues and resolve conflicts in the partnership. Couples therapy helps to increase understanding, respect, affection, and intimacy which can increase happiness together.
Group Therapy
A vibrant therapeutic context where group members learn “systems” approaches to making change. The goals allow members to live and lead change, improve communication and creativity, and mange conflict. In group, members also provide mutual support, develop skills, instill hope, share information, and build a positive peer culture.
Consultation
Consulting with individuals, business partners, work teams and organizations- working with issues of organizational structure, improving communication, clarifying roles, resolving conflict, and developing better working relationships.
Training
Training group for psychotherapists, group leaders, counselors, social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, chaplains and others in the ‘helping’ professions as well organizational development professionals to learn and develop their leadership roles and their practice.
Supervision
Clinical supervision for social work practitioners who are licensed, pre-licensed (supervisory hours for licensure), and clinical social work students in their second year masters internship. Inquire if interested. Limited Availability.
